Are there parking spaces available?
We do not have the private parking lot. Please use the pay parking lot nearby our hotel.
I’m in a wheelchair, is it possible to stay there?
You will need to have an assistant accompany you.

There is a smoking space outside on the ground floor of the facility.

Free Wi-Fi is available in the facility.
From when will I have to pay cancellation fees?
We will charge you 20% of accommodation fee from 7 days before the check-in date.
You will be charged 80% of the accommodation fee the day before the check-in date, and 100% for the day of.
For groups that reserved more than five rooms, 30% of the accommodation fee will be charged as a cancellation fee starting from 20 days prior to the check-in date.
Also, 50% of the accommodation fee will be charged for 3-9 days prior to the stay, 80% for the day before, and 100% the day of.
We have decorated cakes with messages, flower bouquets, and flower arrangements ready for you. Please feel free to let us know your preferences and budget.

1.Terms for Price Comparison:

■Comparison must be under identical conditions such as date of stay, number of guests, room type, payment method, and cancellation policy.
2.Exemptions from the Best Price Guaranteed:
The Best Price Guaranteed does not apply to the following cases:
■Package rates that include costs for airline or railway tickets.
■Rates that are not publicly available, such as corporate rates.
■Prices we cannot control, such as those sold by travel agents or rates initially offering a discount using vouchers on other online booking sites.
■Rates available through auction sites or group buying platforms.
